Originally from Cuzco, she went out to expand her culinary horizons and that is how she trained and excelled in the kitchen of Kao. When she was given the opportunity to expand to her hometown, the potential she had shown led her to take over the kitchen. Now at Tak Thai we want her to showcase and expand all her experience and knowledge of the region in dishes of her own creation.
